A pop up shop to promote the launch of new videogame Child of Eden is now open in Dean Street in the heart of London’s Soho. The shop location was sourced and a short lease negotiated by us at Popupspace.com. Our client is leading communications agency thefield.
The pop up shop, which will be open until 22nd June, features demonstration rooms where gaming fans can play the game on 60 inch plasma screens, complete with state of the art surround sound and ABMX lighting, which projects colouts from the game onto the wall. Chris Dawson, managing director of thefield, said:
“We have created an environment that truly reflects the game’s visceral and immersive characteristics. Playing the game here is a jaw dropping sensory roller coaster ride that needs to be experienced to be believed!”
