‘Permanent pop up shop’ for Glasgow

We were¬†excited to learn that Planeshop’s “flexible retailing” shop has opened its doors at Glasgow Airport. US brand Vacant – the brains behind Planeshop – is something of a pop up pioneer and has for years been transforming empty spaces into temporary retail stores. The Glasgow Airport store will provide pop up space for a variety of temporary occupiers. Planeshop describes the concept:

“Planeshop is a permanent shop with a flexible concept.¬† Brands take over Planeshop for a limited time, so there will always be something exciting to see.”

Sportswear brand K-Swiss is the first pop up occupier of Glasgow Airport’s Planeshop – travellers with a little time to kill before they fly can visit the store from mid-October.
