Pop up restaurants

Pop-up restaurants have probably been the biggest food trend this year, and spearheading it has been chef Gavin Billenness, founder of the Savoy Truffle Supperclub.  Those lucky enough to sample his food have had to book well in advance for a table at his home in London’s Blackheath, where his seasonal menus have won high praise from industry insiders.
